Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group in Indonesia is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support the inpatient pharmacy unit, handling prescriptions, compounding and dispensing medicines to meet patients' drug needs in accordance with hospital standards. You will monitor Pharmacist Assistants and Runners, maintain data and monthly reports, oversee storage conditions, and provide drug information to staff and patients.

The role requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy and at least one year in hospital or clinical

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Pharmacy is required.
At least 1 year of hospital or clinical pharmacy experience.
Strong pharmacotherapy knowledge and patient care skills.
Experience with preparation and monitoring of medications.
Familiarity with medication safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Support inpatient pharmacy services with prescription processing, compounding, and dispensing.
Monitor and ensure standards for Pharmacist Assistants and Runners.
Handle patient, doctor, nurse complaints about inpatient pharmacy services.
Maintain data and monthly reports for inpatient units (stock, prices, narcotics, returns).
Monitor storage conditions (temperature, humidity) and equipment maintenance.
Provide drug information and educate staff on new/expired medicines.
