Responsibilities
- Collect, aggregate, clean, validate, and maintain structured and unstructured data from multiple hospitals unit, including patient safety, quality, and risk data
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity in centralized database
- Perform statistical and trend analysis on hospitals data (incidents, RCA, risk registers, quality indicators, etc.)
- Perform drill down data analysis to Hospitals Unit/ Network counterparts & leadership - to gain insights on any variation/ deviation of data
- Maintain and optimize dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Excel based reporting, on in house systems)
- Recommend and drive automation opportunities (data pipelines, workflow tracking, regulatory alerts)
- initiate and drive optimization of data collection & validation in alignment with group wide initiatives (EMR, AI use, PROM, and other initiatives - to reduce human factor workload and bias
Requirements
- Has a solid understanding of data automation processes and the use of big data in healthcare, particularly for analytics, decision support, and quality improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fluent in other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word), as well as OneDrive, Zoom, and Teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Pivot, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, hospital risk categories, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
