Job summary

JAPFA invites energetic logistics operators to join our Indonesian distribution network and help perform and support daily logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries. You will load, unload, move goods, and operate systems safely, while ensuring accurate delivery documentation and status monitoring.

The role also involves guiding junior staff and reporting issues, in a busy East Java distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support daily logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries
• Execute loading, unloading, and movement of goods in line with schedules and procedures
• Operate logistics systems and equipment accurately and safely
• Ensure accuracy of delivery documents, labelling, and shipment records
• Assist in monitoring delivery status and resolving basic operational issues
• Guide and support junior operators in daily logistics tasks
• Report incidents, delays, or operational issues to supervisors
