Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 10 Sales Executives
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for both hunting (new business) and farming (existing accounts) to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across mining, power plant, mineral, and cement sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, finance, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budget planning, and performance reports for management and corporate review
  • Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits across Indonesia
  • Ensure sales activities align with company objectives and are compliant with internal policies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy equipment or related industries (mining, cement, power plant, mineral)
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • High initiative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to travel as required
