About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting the organization’s sustainability goals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with local regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across ongoing MEP and data center construction projects.
  • Identify potential hazards related to electrical, mechanical, and civil works, and recommend effective preventive and corrective actions.
  • Lead incident and accident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure drills are regularly conducted.
  • Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, energy use, and pollution control in compliance with environmental standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experienced as an HSE Officer in construction, preferably in MEP or data center projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
