Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Health Proposition Lead to shape and execute the health proposition strategy, leveraging insights and medical capabilities to deliver innovative health and wellness solutions that support business growth and customer value.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Distribution to translate market needs into compelling customer propositions, drive ecosystem integrations, and monitor performance for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance or Product Development or Proposition Management.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products, Health, and customer needs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Health Proposition leads are responsible for develops and drives the health proposition strategy, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and medical expertise to create innovative health and wellness solutions that support business growth and customer needs. The role partners with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Distribution, and external healthcare partners to deliver integrated health ecosystem solutions, monitor proposition performance, and continuously enhance customer engagement and value.
