Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Able to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
• Able to operate gym equipment and swim.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high guest service focus and excellent rapport.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to changing requirements and tasks assigned.
• Contribute ideas to enhance operational procedures and facilities.
• Maintain equipment and ensure guests have a comfortable experience.
• Attend to malfunctioning equipment and follow through.
