Job summary

Seven Retail's preschool is seeking a proactive Head to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and drive high-quality teaching practices. You will lead curriculum implementation, mentor teachers, and evaluate staff while fostering strong relationships with parents and the community to advance the school's vision.

Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education or Educational Leadership, and at least 5 years of teaching plus 1–3 years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching and 1–3 years in a leadership role such as Headmaster, Assistant Head, or Academic Coordinator.
• Strong English communication skills and leadership ability.
