Head of Strategic Business & Key Account

We need a seasoned Sales Leader to formulate strategic directions, evaluate key accounts, analyze market trends, execute customized account plans, resolve complex issues, strengthen client relationships, and lead a team of Key Account Managers in Indonesia. This role reports directly to the District Leader for Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategic directions and identify opportunities to drive growth.
  • Evaluate key accounts’ relevance and maximize each account’s potential.
  • Analyze market trends, understand customer needs, and monitor global developments affecting key accounts.
  • Execute customized strategic account plans aligned with each account’s objectives.
  • Resolve moderate to high‑complex issues with key accounts promptly.
  • Act as main point of contact between accounts and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders and manage account budgets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, technological advancements, and societal changes related to key accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with Philips’ business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior professionals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • 12–15 years of experience in the healthcare/medical device industry with C‑level engagement.
  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, or business development.
  • Transformative mindset and strong analytical skills.
