Head of Service - Housekeeping (Non-Technical)
We are looking for a Head of Service – Non Technical to lead and manage the housekeeping operations at AEON MALL Tanjung Barat. This role ensures cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and customer satisfaction are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the budget for Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscape, Hygiene, and Waste Management.
- Develop water usage plans for common areas to prevent excessive consumption.
- Prepare maintenance plans for building facilities.
- Coordinate with clients on utility cost allocation and service quality.
- Participate in risk management meetings.
- Review technical design drawings with the Fit-Out department.
- Create quotations and invoice requests, ensuring timely submission to clients.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Scope of Work (SOW).
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure service understanding and satisfaction.
- Monitor daily housekeeping and waste management activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK / SMA or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field (Housekeeping or Facility Management).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed at AEON MALL Tanjung Barat.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Service-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Capable of developing and monitoring housekeeping operation plans, cost control, and vendor performance.
