Sekolah Pelita Harapan is a group of five International Christian schools located in Jakarta. Job Description

1. Continues to pursue our mission and help build upon our strong foundation and vibrant community
2. Responsible for one of SPH campuses and reports directly to the Executive Director of SPH Schools
3. Provides spiritual, administrative, and academic leadership to the group
4. Handles day-to-day management of the school both academic and administrative, and for leading and nurturing the team
5. Direct reports include the Principal (K-12), Curriculum Coordinators, Head of Administration, Marketing & Admission, Finance, and other office personnel

Job Requirements

• Vision-driven with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• A successful Christian leader who has led Christian schools before
• Has a strong faith in Christ and believes strongly in Christian education
• Has experience in school administration
