A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales performance and develop strategies for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, strong B2B networking, and a Bachelor's degree. This role involves supervision and market analysis and requires travel across Indonesia.
Responsible for the sales performance of certain products - Packaged Drinking Water (Gallon)
Designing sales strategies from data and field conditions for the sales team to achieve company targets
Provide assistance and direction to the sales team to improve the performance of the sales team
Supervise the performance of the sales team
Analyze customer needs and market trends
Opening new markets
Create & present a report on the performance of the sales team
Minimum 5 years experience as Regional Sales in the FMCG industry
Have extensive experience and networking in the field of B2B
Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Target and data-oriented
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
Willing to work in the field and travel to all parts of Indonesia
