Job description

Lead and manage the specification and sales strategy for premium sanitary and building material brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and project developers.

Secure product specifications in major projects (hospitality, residential, and commercial).

Oversee pricing strategy, quotation, and project negotiation in alignment with company goals.

Provide technical product presentations, training, and consultation to design professionals and project owners.

Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to create impactful B2B campaigns and events.

Develop annual sales targets, forecast pipelines, and mentor the sales team for long-term growth.

Report directly to the CEO and play a strategic role in shaping Visio Vasa’s growth direction.
