Job Description
- Lead and manage the national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including business cases, forecasts, and promotional programs.
- Oversee the full sales process, ensuring alignment with CRM and sales funnel methodologies.
- Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarks to optimize sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in key industries such as mining, logistics, plantations, and construction.
- Ensure deep market penetration across major regions including Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Sulawesi.
- Present business strategies and performance updates to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B commercial vehicle sales, with a focus on trucks and heavy equipment.
- At least 10 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and key industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in technical sales, market analysis, pricing strategy, and competitor benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
