Job Description
  • Lead and manage the national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including business cases, forecasts, and promotional programs.
  • Oversee the full sales process, ensuring alignment with CRM and sales funnel methodologies.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarks to optimize sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in key industries such as mining, logistics, plantations, and construction.
  • Ensure deep market penetration across major regions including Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Sulawesi.
  • Present business strategies and performance updates to senior management.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Management, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B commercial vehicle sales, with a focus on trucks and heavy equipment.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and key industrial sectors.
  • Proven expertise in technical sales, market analysis, pricing strategy, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
