A luxury event yacht company based in Bali is seeking an experienced sales leader to develop and execute a commercial plan for high-value charters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in tourism or hospitality sales and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. This role involves leading a sales team, building client relationships, and representing the company at trade shows.

Shivanna is a purpose-built luxury event yacht based in Bali, offering private charters, weddings, corporate events, and public sunset cruises.

We pride ourselves on European-standard service, attention to detail, and delivering world-class hospitality for every guest.

Our 2026 goal is to achieve consistent, quality growth across all charter types, averaging three charters per week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, drive, and execute the annual commercial plan to achieve revenue targets across all charter segments.
  • Lead, coach, and elevate a small high-performing sales unit (Sales Executive – Bali + Partnerships Manager – Jakarta).
  • Personally, actively sell and close high-value charters in weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
  • Expand and strengthen commercial relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, event organisers, and OTAs.
  • Represent Shivanna at tourism trade shows, expos, and networking events.
  • Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
  • Enforce CRM discipline, data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and structured sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and ensure seamless event delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in tourism, hospitality, or event-sales leadership.
  • Proven record of closing high-value bookings or event contracts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident presenting to clients and partners in English and Bahasa Indonesia, candidates with other languages may be preferred.
  • Experience managing a small, performance-driven team.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate full-time.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently under targets.
