Our 2026 goal is to achieve consistent, quality growth across all charter types, averaging three charters per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop, drive, and execute the annual commercial plan to achieve revenue targets across all charter segments.
- Lead, coach, and elevate a small high-performing sales unit (Sales Executive – Bali + Partnerships Manager – Jakarta).
- Personally, actively sell and close high-value charters in weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
- Expand and strengthen commercial relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, event organisers, and OTAs.
- Represent Shivanna at tourism trade shows, expos, and networking events.
- Analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability.
- Enforce CRM discipline, data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and structured sales reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and ensure seamless event delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tourism, hospitality, or event-sales leadership.
- Proven record of closing high-value bookings or event contracts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Confident presenting to clients and partners in English and Bahasa Indonesia, candidates with other languages may be preferred.
- Experience managing a small, performance-driven team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate full-time.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently under targets.
