About the Role
As the Head of Retail, you will lead our entire offline retail ecosystem — from Concept Stores and Department Stores to Event & Bazaar channels. You’ll act as the business owner of retail operations, ensuring every store delivers brand excellence, sales growth, and financial performance.
This role requires a leader who can balance strategy and execution — someone who can read data, move teams, and shape every retail point into a true extension of Brands’ identity.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Design and execute growth strategies for our Retail Network.
- Set and monitor sales targets, margin goals, and ROI across channels.
- Lead store expansion projects — location study, budgeting, layout, and grand opening readiness.
- Integrate marketing initiatives, merchandising strategy, and retail execution to drive traffic and conversion.
- Operational & Financial Management
- Supervise daily retail operations with discipline and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate store reports: sales, expenses, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain low shrinkage and stock discrepancy through strong process control.
- Partner with Finance Retail to deliver transparent, data-driven performance reviews.
- Inventory & Merchandising Synergy
- Leading Merchandiser Team to forecast demand, allocate stock, and manage replenishment.
- Evaluate sell-through, markdown, and stock movement to optimize turnover and reduce overstock.
- Build a retail environment that reflects the right product, right place, and right time principle.
- People & Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and grow Retail Managers, Store Coordinators, and frontline teams.
- Create a culture of discipline, accountability, and enthusiasm for sports & retail.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance review, and skill development programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail management (preferably fashion/sports industry).
- Strong business acumen with hands-on operational experience.
- Familiar with POS systems, retail analytics, and stock control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to oversee multiple retail locations.
