Position Summary

The Head of HQSE & Business Transformation will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, quality, safety, and environmental compliance, while spearheading business transformation initiatives tailored to the complex regulatory and technological landscape of the electronics and medical devices sector. This role will ensure our processes and products meet stringent regulatory standards (e.g., CPAKB, TKDN, ISO series etc.) and support scalable, efficient operations aligned with our long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of HQSE policies ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and applicable safety standards.

* Drive business transformation projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, quality management system enhancement, and operational excellence.

* Partner with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to integrate HQSE principles into product lifecycle management.

* Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions to uphold product safety and quality standards.

* Lead change management efforts to foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Manage cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies that enhance productivity and innovation.

* Monitor KPIs related to HQSE performance and transformation progress, reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as required.

* Facilitate training and awareness programs on HQSE and transformation initiatives to ensure organization-wide engagement.

* Stay current on emerging regulatory requirements, technological advancements, and industry best practices affecting electronics and medical devices.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

* Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HQSE and business transformation within the electronics and/or medical devices industry.

* In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and other relevant medical device standards.

* Proven track record in leading business transformation initiatives such as digital transformation, quality system modernization, or operational restructuring.

* Strong expertise in risk management, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audit processes.

* Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean, or highly desirable.

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with a strategic mindset.

* Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and drive compliance without compromising innovation.
