As we expand rapidly across industries, we are looking for a highly capable Head of Project to oversee all project execution from Indonesia.
Role Overview
The Head of Project is a senior leadership role responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation of Mimin’s AI solutions, and managing cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, sales, and client success teams.
You will define project governance, manage multiple enterprise deployments, and ensure every solution delivered meets client objectives, timelines, and service excellence standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and exceptional stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Implementation Leads.
- Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and ensure continuous skill growth within the team.
- Build a culture of accountability, clarity, and strong project ownership.
- Coordinate resource allocation and workload balancing across multiple projects.
- Work closely with Business Development teams during pre-sales phases to estimate timelines, define scopes, and identify technical requirements.
- Participate in client meetings to provide project feasibility insights and delivery perspectives.
- Shape project proposals and solution designs to ensure alignment with operational capabilities.
3. Communication Bridge Across Stakeholders
- Serve as a key connector between clients, BD teams, and Technical teams (AI, engineering, product, and data).
- Facilitate clear handovers between pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Ensure all teams have unified understanding of project goals, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Manage communication escalation and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Project Execution & Delivery Oversight
- Oversee all ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Review and enforce project timelines, milestones, and delivery standards.
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans with project teams.
- Ensure complete documentation, reporting, and alignment with Mimin’s delivery frameworks.
5. Client Satisfaction & Performance
- Monitor project health and client feedback, ensuring continuous satisfaction.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, address gaps, and refine best practices.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure team performance and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Haves
- 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong background in managing large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, or conversational AI systems.
- Experience working with clients in banking, telecom, e-commerce, or enterprise sectors.
