Job Summary:
As the Head of Organizational Development (OD), you will design and execute OD strategies that strengthen organizational capability, increase workforce effectiveness, and support long‑term business goals. You will oversee competency framework development, performance management systems, change management programs, leadership and talent initiatives, and engagement & culture enhancement.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, and the ability to deliver large-scale OD programs end-to-end. The position will work closely with HR, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams to drive organizational transformation.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR Management, Business/Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development/HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of organizational design, competency development, performance management, and change management.
Experience using assessment tools and OD methodologies.
Strong communication, analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage organization‑wide programs.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
