We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Head of Retail Operations to lead and expand our retail network at the national level. This role requires strong capabilities in managing multi-store operations, developing sustainable business strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every point of service.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or head-level position.

Proven experience managing multi-store operations on a national or regional scale.

Strong knowledge in P&L management, business strategy, and store expansion planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational and collaborative strategies to achieve sales and business growth targets.

Ensure effective and efficient store operations management across all branches.

Implement strategic initiatives in inventory, warehouse, and distribution management.

Strengthen sales and profitability alignment through effective P&L and performance management.

Build and maintain standardized operational systems across business units.

Design and execute customer engagement strategies aligned with company goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support business expansion and new initiatives.
