Responsibilities include defining KPIs, overseeing integrated campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels. This role is critical for aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define key marketing metrics and track performance against goals (KPIs and ROI).
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Lead market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, events, email, and more.
  • Ensure messaging and creative assets are on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Manage online channels including SEO/SEM, social media, paid media, email, and website.
  • Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Set and manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Report on marketing spend, performance, and forecasting.
