Job Description

Grand Delight is seeking a visionary and hands‑on Head of Marketing to build and lead a new in‑house marketing department from the ground up. This role will define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our investment goals, company profile, and brand identity, while managing collaboration with external agencies when needed. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative eye, capable of translating business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns and brand narratives. You will be responsible for elevating the company’s brand presence, promoting our portfolio of luxury villas, and driving initiatives that attract investors, partners, and high‑end clientele.

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a full‑funnel marketing strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans.
  • Build and lead the internal marketing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies for specialized campaigns and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the Director to ensure marketing efforts support investor relations and company vision.

2. Brand Development

  • Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity that reflects Grand Delight’s luxury positioning.
  • Oversee development of all marketing materials, digital assets, and investor‑facing presentations.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from online presence to offline collateral.

3. Content & Campaign Management

  • Lead the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, video, and print.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (TikTok, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage the content calendar for both the company and the owner’s personal brand.

4. Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Define and execute a social media strategy to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and optimise performance across platforms for maximum ROI.
  • Align the company’s digital presence with the owner’s personal brand to build investor confidence.

5. Marketing Operations & Budgeting

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
  • Oversee marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Report regularly on KPIs, campaign performance, and strategic outcomes.
