Head Of IT Infrastructure
Responsible for leading our IT Infrastructure department and managing our cybersecurity strategy. This role is crucial in IT Helpdesk operations, the efficiency of our IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and ensuring the security, integrity, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Develop and implement the IT and cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align IT and cybersecurity initiatives with business needs.
Cybersecurity
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's cybersecurity framework for operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO).
- Develop and implement incident response plans and manage cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
- Monitor and manage security tools, systems, and protocols to protect data and IT assets.
IT Infrastructure
Manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security.
- Oversee IT operations, including software updates, hardware maintenance, and system upgrades.
IT Helpdesk
Oversee the IT Helpdesk operations to ensure timely and effective support for all end‑users.
- Implement and manage Helpdesk policies, procedures, and ticketing systems.
- Monitor Helpdesk performance metrics and continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to Helpdesk staff to enhance technical skills and customer service abilities.
Systems and Applications
Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems and applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Ensure integration and compatibility of various IT systems and applications to support business processes.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and address their IT needs and improve system functionalities.
IT Budget and Utilization
Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure cost‑effective utilization of IT resources and adherence to budget constraints.
- Monitor IT expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Policy and Compliance
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to IT and cybersecurity.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on IT Infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud server management, IT Helpdesk operations, and enterprise systems. Minimum 5 years of leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing IT and cybersecurity strategies.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing IT teams and projects.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in managing cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in network and system security, risk management, and incident response.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
- Strong knowledge of IT Helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, and end‑user support best practices.
- Experience with enterprise systems and applications (e.g., ERP, CRM) management and optimization.

- CISM
- CCSP
- ISACA (Risk and Information Systems Control)
- ITIL 4, CCNP or CCIE
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor (preferred)
