Job description

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation objectives.

Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems, infrastructure, and data.

Lead IT governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations and group standards.

Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Collaborate with senior management and other departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the IT organization.

Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, project progress, and risk status to executive leadership.

Lead crisis management and disaster recovery planning for IT systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree would be Consider).

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role (e.g., IT Manager, IT Director, Head of IT).

Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary IT teams and overseeing both infrastructure and business systems.

Strong track record in IT strategy development, digital transformation, and large-scale project implementation.

Solid experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.

Demonstrated ability in managing IT budgets, procurement processes, and vendor contracts.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions, enterprise applications, and modern IT architecture is highly desirable.

Experience in food distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries is an added advantage

Professional certifications such as PMP/CAPM, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are advantageous.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
