Confidential seeks a seasoned Chief Internal Auditor to lead the internal audit function across our operational sites and head office. You will assess internal controls, governance, and risk management, delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and cost control.

Travel to sites is required. The role demands 15+ years in auditing (Big 4 or similar), leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
• 15+ years of auditing experience, preferably with Big 4 or reputable firms.
• Experience leading audit teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in Plantation and/or Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk-based auditing and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Internal Audit Department in developing and executing a risk-based audit plan across operational sites and head office functions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, and compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Strengthen governance and risk management practices in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality audit reporting, including follow-up on audit findings.
• Act as a strategic partner to management in identifying risks and driving sustainable improvements.
• Build and develop a high-performing audit team.
• Willing to travel across operational sites.
