This is a senior leadership role, where you are in charge of strategic leadership and end-to-end operational management within the HR department. Reporting directly to the Executives, your strategic vision is what driving the organization

Description

As a Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organisation's overarching objectives.
  • Orchestrating talent acquisition and selection processes to secure high-calibre professionals.
  • Cultivating constructive employee relations while ensuring rigorous adherence to employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • Driving performance management and professional development programmes to enhance organisational capability.
  • Architecting and administering competitive compensation and benefits schemes that support retention and motivation.
  • Championing a organisational culture that fosters inclusivity, engagement, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Advising senior leadership on complex HR matters with insight and strategic foresight.
  • Streamlining HR operations to ensure optimal efficiency and service excellence across all functions
Profile

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in related discipline with relevant working experience within Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years of senior HR leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding in end-to-end HR functions, including HR business-partnering, talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesia's labor law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities ideally within a multicultural work environment.
