We are seeking an experienced Head of HR & GA to join our team at PT Mulia Raya Agrijaya in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As Head of HR & GA, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources function within our organization. This is a full-time, office-based role.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the consulting or generalist HR industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
