Job summary

A leading HR management firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR Manager responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in HR, including 3 years in a senior management position. This role involves leading the HR team, managing performance systems, and providing legal advice. Excellent English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, 3+ years in senior management.
  • Proven experience in HR policy and process implementation.
  • Ability to lead HR teams and develop HR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR Road Map in line with company strategy.
  • Manage HR policies and ensure staff communication processes.
  • Lead performance management system implementation.
  • Provide legal advice and represent management in litigation.
  • Establish employee training systems.

Skills

Education

Bachelor degree / Master Degree in relevant fields
Job description

Bachelor degree / Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, Business Administration or related.

7+ years of experience in HR, 3 of which should have been in a senior management role, or in a large multinational organization.

Experience in various HR disciplines.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Responsible for development and implementation of HR Road Map towards top employer, in alignment with the company HR strategy to support business growth and transformation.

Develop, improve and update HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Manage the proactive implementation of HR and corporate policy/processes by facilitating senior management buy-in and by ensuring staff communication processes are in place.

Lead the implementation of theperformance management system. Create performance driven company culture.

Establish and manage the annual merit increase process. Give guidance on complex cases.

Providing employment law advice and representing management in employment litigation.

Provide leadership to the HR team by setting a clear vision and identifying objectives, and creating & implementing HR plans in-line with both the business needs and the regional HR road map.

Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including trainingneeds assessment,new employee orientationor onboarding, management development, cross-training, the measurement of training effectiveness, andtraining transfer.

Ensure that HR Business Partners and colleagues are conducting comprehensive employee relations.

Responsible for remaining within the country’s HR budget and its submittal on an annual basis.
