Job Descriptions
  • Manage daily operations for outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and pre-admission registration.
  • Lead and supervise the Admissions team to ensure smooth and efficient patient registration processes.
  • Oversee accuracy of patient data entry, insurance verification, and required documentation.
  • Monitor patient flow and implement solutions to reduce waiting time and service bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, regulatory requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
  • Handle escalated patient inquiries, complaints, and service recovery cases.
  • Coordinate with Nursing, Finance, Insurance, IT, and other departments to support seamless patient experience.
  • Review and improve workflows, including queueing systems and digital registration processes.
  • Prepare reports on admissions volume, performance indicators, and team productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
