Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced salesperson to drive government sales. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales within the hospitality/travel sector, with a strong network in government and events. The candidate will engage directly with customers, manage accounts, and be responsible for the entire business cycle, including securing contracts and partnerships. Job description

1. Will be responsible for Government/corporate sales in their region and will be in direct touch with the customer facing for account management.

2. Kick start on engaging with new accounts in Government Accounts from day one.

3. Develop strong business relationship with customers, stakeholders, business partners.

4. Be competent in problem solving and presentation skills.

5. Will be accountable for end-to- end business cycle from finding new opportunities to sign up MOU/empanelment/tender bidding and booking for customers and fulfilment of demand.

6. Identify vendors for other services to manage accommodation, transportation and catering requirements from Accounts.

7. His/Her role would be that of an individual contributor with hunter mentality.

8. Making strong connect with the mid and large government officials. Good attitude and have a sincerity attitude to customers.

9. Highly motivated, self-driven and strong achievement record.

Min 5 years of experience in sales (hospitality/travel industry).

Strong database of Governments and or Events (B2B/B2G).

Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.
