Job Description

As a Head Finance Accounting Tax, your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing financial, accounting and tax operations within the company.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth.
• Managing budgeting and forecasting activities at the plant
• Leading, mentoring and developing the finance team.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive financial efficiency.
• Representing the company in financial negotiations and audits.
• Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• CA, CPA certification is a welcome addition
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Understanding in Indonesian tax laws
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or Dynamics)
• Data Analysis and financial modelling
