Head of Finance & Accounting (Sekuritas Industry)

Develop and improve the company’s full lifecycle of accounting operations, including GL, account reconciliation, month-end/year-end close, AP/AR (cash flow), brokerage-specific accounting entries, and related expenses.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, and financial analysis reports including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, assess impact and lead implementation of changes. Regulatory reporting includes: MKBD, LKPPE, Foreign Currency Debt, Monthly Reporting, MPPE, SID Institutional Reporting, etc.

Ensure all statutory reporting, tax returns, regulatory reports are filed accurately and on time.

Drive financial system and financial reporting enhancements.

Lead external audit, tax audit and liaise with external auditors and tax/regulatory authorities.

  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian securities laws and regulations, including those set by OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange).
  • Familiar with MKBD process and regulatory reportings.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting, finance, tax, auditing regulations, and policies.
  • Proficiency in financial software and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal & writing), Mandarin is preferred.
