Job description

Manage and oversee tax department, finance department , and accounting department.

Preparation of budget, financial projection, financial statement (BS P/L CF and other necessary data), taxation issue, financing, payment, etc.

To make the monthly, and annual closing statement

To explain the financial situation, and business performance the Board of Director

Responsible for Cash Flow projection and Budget Control

Check recording and financial statements of the company's daily financial transactions so that the achievement of company target s can be known.

Design and manage corporate finance that include the right funding structure, funding patterns, and company funding.

Responsible for all banking relationship

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, Good CPA is an advantage

Excellent Tax, Accounting, and Finance skills(capability to fulfill the requirements written in the position's roles

Excellent abality to analyze financial data

Having experience in implementing ERP system

Abundant network connection with tax consultants, banks, external audits, tax auditor and governments

At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
