Job description

• Maintain and keep up to date all IT hardware, including endpoints (laptop, desktop, kiosk, dll), IP phone, network infrastructure, etc.
• Maintain and keep up to date all IT software, licenses, subscriptions, etc.
• Maintain and keep up to date critical ERP hardware and software (SAP Business One).
• Identify resources to provide equipment and software maintenance based on industry’s best practices and service-level agreements.
• Identify the IT services and infrastructure required to support the critical business systems.
• Manage and propose appropriate IT staff and budget.
• Provide swift assistance to common IT problems.

Cybersecurity and Hygiene

• Develop and keep up to date organisation security risk management plan.
• Evaluate risks and threats on the organisation.
• Review current operational procedures to ensure adequate risk safeguards and contingency plans are in place.

Disaster Recovery and Continuity

• Develop disaster recovery plan and test the plan to ensure it is effective.
• Update and test the disaster recovery plan regularly to ensure success of recovery in changing environment.

Skills Required

• Highly proficient in Windows server, Active Directory domain services, Group Policy for daily IT endpoint management.
• General proficiency in Linux environment.
• General proficiency in MS365 administration, Google Workspace administration.
• General proficiency in SQL query for general BI, data warehousing.

Skills Good to Have

• General proficiency in SAP Business One HANA.
• General proficiency in gcloud Looker or MS Power BI.
• Good language skills in English.
