• Responsible for SP channel sales revenue, commercial strategy and execution plans, objectives and country initiatives. Has the ability to set short- and long-term channel sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current channel programs.
• Responsible for people management activities such as coaching, talent review, performance review of team members.
