A leading hospitality network in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Business Development Manager to onboard new partner hotels and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of experience in sales, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include maintaining partner relationships and monitoring property performance. This role requires a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
Identify, pitch, and onboard new partner hotels into the OYO network.
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with partners.
Monitor property performance and support partners in improving revenue and quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth partner experience.
Provide regular reports and updates on performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Hospitality/Real Estate/Startup sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
High ownership, result-oriented, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
