Job summary

Permata Bank in Tangerang is seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Lead to drive our data platforms and analytics initiatives.

You will lead a data engineering team, design and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, oversee data warehouse and data lake platforms, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with BI, Analytics, IT, and business teams to deliver trusted data for decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering / data platforms.
• Proven experience managing large-scale data environments (banking is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the data engineering team.
