Head of Ancillary Services and Medical Affair

Responsibilities
  • Creating effective and efficient Ancillary and Medical Affairs services by prioritizing patient safety.
  • Create planning strategies and operational targets (financial and non‑financial targets) Ancillary and Medical Affairs.
  • Prepare equipment, human resources and other supporting facilities for the development of Ancillary and Medical Affairs.
  • Coordinating all activities in the field of Ancillary and Medical Affairs, both internally and between divisions.
  • Supervise and ensure that all operational activities in Ancillary and Medical Affairs meet hospital service standards and comply with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree from Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration.
  • Have minimum 5 years of clinical work experience in a full service acute Hospital environment (preferably with minimum 2 years of managerial experience in the relevant field).
  • Have strong leadership skills to effectively manage and support both ancillary services and medical affairs.
  • Have ability to develop and implement strategies that align with hospital goals and enhance service delivery.
  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
