Qualifications

Job description

A confidential state-owned enterprise (SOE) in Indonesia’s food sector is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead its Accounting & Treasury function. This key leadership position oversees financial governance, liquidity management, and consolidated reporting across the organization and its subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic foresight, technical accounting expertise, and treasury management discipline, ensuring effective capital utilization and compliance with both internal and external reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s accounting operations, including financial reporting and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK, IFRS, and internal SOE governance requirements.
• Oversee treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Support project financing, CAPEX planning, and capital structuring.
• Strengthen internal controls, process efficiency, and ERP system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in accounting or treasury.
• Experience in food, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive industries.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, financial reporting systems, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365); experience with financial analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
