Job summary

A leading logistics company in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Head of Account Management. The successful candidate will manage projects and customer accounts end-to-end, provide logistics and freight forwarding quotations, and maintain strong relationships with customers. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in freight forwarding. Excellent fresh graduates may also apply. The role involves following up business leads and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company preferred, excellent fresh graduates acceptable.
• Understanding of customs regulations and harmony system code for Import Duty.
• Ability to analyze sales and marketing data for trends and improvements.

Head of Account Management (Logistics and Freight forwarding)

Result-orientation, with the mindset of managing a project, can follow a customer or projectfrom A to Z.

With the ability for logistics and freight forwarding quotation, not limit to port to port, but also door-to-door quotation.

Have good communication skills, can well communicate with customer, oversea offices & agents.

Team-work, can work with internal colleagues and external partners.

The candidats have more than 5years of experience in a Freight Forwarding company would be preferred, excellent fresh graduate is acceptable.

Minimum Bachelor's degree from related majors (Business Management,Logistics, Economics or other related fields)

Understand customs regulations and the harmony system code to determine Import Duty.

Follow up the business/opportunities from leads to cash under the guidance of directors and (or) managers for existing prospects.

Establish regular and intense relationships with potential Customers.

Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
