Job description

We are looking for an experienced Travel Document Manager to lead and oversee all travel documentation processes within our Tour & Travel Company.

This role covers visa processing, passport management, travel permits, travel insurance, and departure documentation for both individual and group travelers.

The ideal candidate has solid leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of international travel regulations, and a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all travel documentation processes (domestic & international).

Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documents (visa, passport, permit, insurance, etc.).

Maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, government institutions, and external partners.

Develop and monitor SOPs to ensure efficiency and data integrity.

Provide guidance and solutions for complex documentation cases.

Supervise, train, and evaluate the documentation team.

Prepare periodic reports and improvement recommendations for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel documentation, visa handling, or travel operations — with proven team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation for Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Excellent command of English (spoken & written); Mandarin is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven.
