Proven experience leading Western kitchen.
Strong knowledge of Western culinary techniques & ingredients.

Manage kitchen operations for Indonesian menu.
Develop, standardize, and improve Indonesian dishes.
Ensure authenticity, taste consistency, and plating presentation.
Monitor stock levels and kitchen cost control.
Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and food safety.
Train cooking staff and manage kitchen scheduling.
Collaborate with management for menu planning & costing.
Experience leading Indonesian cuisine kitchen.
Deep understanding of Indonesian recipes, spices, and ingredients.
Strong leadership and ability to train team.

Manage kitchen operations for Asian food concept.
