About the role

As the Head Central Kitchen (Korea) at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the company's central kitchen facility focused on Korean cuisine. In this full‑time position, you will be based in West Jakarta, Jakarta and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high‑quality production of menu items for Utopia's diverse range of Korean restaurant concepts across the region.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage all aspects of the central kitchen's operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating food production to meet demand
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and consistency
  • Lead and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate with the product development team to create new and innovative Korean‑inspired menu items
  • Monitor and control kitchen expenses to ensure efficient utilisation of resources
  • Liaise with restaurant managers and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement
