  • Source high-quality ingredients, wine, and beverages, and ensure proper storage and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Regularly update and refine the beverage menu based on seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, techniques, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the beverage program as appropriate.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and creating memorable experiences.
  • Monitor the bar area to ensure timely service, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Encourage upselling and suggestive selling techniques among staff to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar, minimum 2 years.
  • Extensive knowledge of coffee, wines, and beer, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
