This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an HCM Analyst, joining our new HCM Onboarding Team (HR Services Team) supporting our HRIS Product.
As an HCM Analyst you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery.
You will support the HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants and wider business to deliver a successful implementation and exceptional client experience by ensuring successful requirements and workflows mapping, data migrations, system set‑ups and designing user manuals implementing technology solutions. You will leverage deep knowledge of Remote HCM product as well as a strong commitment to customer experience.

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $33,300 to $74,850 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job‑related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
