A reputable Indonesian company is seeking a Human Capital Manager to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. The role includes leading HR functions, managing performance systems, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of HR experience. Knowledge of labor laws and HR certifications are preferred. Excellent communication and managerial skills are essential.
Develop and implement Human Capital strategies and policies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations.
Develop and manage HR systems (including HRIS, SOPs, and process structures) to ensure efficiency, data accuracy, and effective people management.
Optimize the use of HR systems and data to support analytical and insight-based decision-making.
Supervise HR administration such as employment contracts, attendance, payroll, and employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
Implement objective and measurable performance appraisal systems that support employee growth and career development.
Design and monitor training and development programs that align with organizational needs.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with company policies.
Foster positive employee relations and handle internal issues with a communicative and solution‑oriented approach.
Serve as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR‑related decision‑making.
Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including office management, facility maintenance, and employee support services, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Ensure GA activities align with company standards, policies, and operational needs while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.
Promote a collaborative, transparent, and performance‑driven work culture across the organization.
