About the Challenge
This role presents a unique challenge: operating at the intersection of rapid commercial growth and rigorous compliance. You must simultaneously fuel the GTM's aggressive market entry by securing top talent through efficient recruiting processes, while safeguarding the company against legal risk by expertly managing complex Industrial Relations (IR) issues and employee disputes. Success requires balancing the immediate operational needs of a fast-growing unit with the long-term organizational health, requiring not only strategic HR acumen but also high emotional maturity to navigate conflict and stress. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that all GTM and dealer operations strictly adhere to local labor law, which requires proven expertise in employee relations and external government relations.
Collaborate closely with the CMO and GTM leadership to align the Human Capital strategy with commercial objectives, particularly for market expansion and dealer performance.
Lead and execute the complete recruitment process for all roles within the dealer network and GTM department, ensuring a pipeline of quality talent that meets aggressive business timelines.
Serve as the primary contact and expert for all complex employee relations and industrial disputes (kekaryawanan) within the GTM function and dealer network, ensuring resolution through objective investigation, negotiation, and adherence to legal compliance.
Manage the end-to-end training process for GTM and dealer personnel, including performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), designing relevant training programs, overseeing new hire induction , and measuring program effectiveness (ROI) to enhance productivity.
Drive high-performance culture by guiding GTM managers on performance evaluation, career development, and actively driving organizational change and policy implementation.
Maintain professional and constructive relationships with union representatives , Disnaker (Ministry of Manpower), local communities, and third-party vendors to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
Minimum 7 years of experience within Human Resources.
Proven track record in strategic HR as well as operational human resources especially .
Previous experience in handling Automotive dealership
Proven expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), with a strong track record of union-relation and negotiation with unions as well as solving disputes. Deep understanding of Indonesia's labor law and statutory compliance.
Capability to manage the full training lifecycle—from TNA and design to delivery, assessment, and post-program follow-up to ensure training goals are met.
Proven experience in driving changes, implementing policies, and influencing the workforce to embrace change.
Proven track record of strong external relation to Disnaker, communities, villages, and third-party general services vendors.
Good negotiation, leadership, and communication skill , capable of being a clear and strong communicator to avoid confusion.
Comfortable with uncertainty, able to figure things out independently, and build from scratch.
