Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily Parent Stock farm activities, ensuring work is executed according to plans and SOPs. You will monitor flock conditions and key performance indicators, including egg production, mortality, and feed usage, while maintaining accurate records.

You will coordinate and guide farm workers, report issues to senior staff, support improvement actions, and help implement management instructions at the farm level.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily Parent Stock farm activities to ensure work is executed according to plans and SOPs.
• Monitor flock conditions and basic performance indicators, including egg production, mortality, and feed usage.
• Coordinate and guide farm workers to ensure proper handling, feeding, and care of Parent Stock.
• Report operational issues, health concerns, and performance deviations to senior supervisors or managers.
• Maintain accurate daily records and support routine reporting requirements.
• Support implementation of improvement actions and management instructions at farm level.
