You will organize daily duties, inspect rooms, manage linens and supplies, and implement deep-cleaning schedules while mentoring staff and maintaining flawless bed-making and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper.
• Experience in luxury private villa, 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Exceptional attention to detail and leadership abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of professional cleaning methods and products.
• Ability to manage daily, weekly, monthly and deep-cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Be permanently hands-on and work alongside the team on daily housekeeping duties.
• Organize daily duties and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance.
• Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and guest areas personally to maintain standards.
• Ensure professional bed-making and room presentation to luxury standards.
• Manage linen, laundry, towels, amenities and housekeeping supplies.
