Job summary

Ruangguru for Business seeks a qualified teacher to provide private tutoring sessions tailored to students’ academic needs and learning objectives, assist with understanding materials, and prepare for exams with structured learning support.

You will develop personalized lesson plans based on each student’s level and progress, prepare materials and assessments, monitor progress, and communicate with students and parents while maintaining a professional on-site schedule in Jakarta Timur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
• Experience with international curricula such as Cambridge, IB, Pearson, or IGCSE is an advantage
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Able to develop engaging lesson plans and student-centered learning activities
• Familiar with assessment, evaluation, and student progress reporting
• Proficient in using educational technology and digital learning platforms
• Passionate about teaching and committed to student development
• Able to teach either on-site (Jakarta Timur Area)
